ISP TOP SHOT 2026

**ONLY REGISTERED OFFICERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE.

7:30-8:30 AM - REGISTERED OFFICERS COMPETING IN THE MAIN EVENT MUST CHECK-IN, SIGN WAIVERS, AND PRESENT VALID AGENCY/DEPARTMENTAL CREDENTIALS TO PARTICIPATE.

  • INSPECTION OF EQUIPMENT AND FIREARMS FOR OFFICERS COMPETING IN THE MAIN EVENT. PLEASE VISIT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS PAGE FOR DETAILS.

  • COMPETITORS MAY CONDUCT THEIR OWN WALK-THROUGH OF THE COURSE DURING THIS TIME.

8:30 AM - SAFETY BRIEF, AND OFFICIAL MAIN EVENT COURSE OF FIRE WALK-THROUGH WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS.

8:45 AM - Welcome remarks, presentation of colors by ISP honor guard, National Anthem, Moment of Silence for the Fallen.

9:00 AM - PRAYER

9:15 AM - MAIN EVENT and Secondary Events Start

  • SIDE MATCH (STEEL PLATE RACK SPONSORED BY WALTHER ARMS) BEGINS. $20 - TWO ATTEMPTS.

  • “THE DUEL” Main event competitors automatically entered via their entry fee - YOU WANT THE BELT? Come and take it - 2024 Winner “Richard Lombard CPD”

  • Vendor Demonstrations begin.

  • Top Shot T-shirt, hat and other merchandize sales

  • Raffle Prize table opens. You do not need to be present to win. The Drawing will take place prior to the awards and placement results.

12:15 PM - Lunch (ATOTONILCO TACO TRUCK SPONSORED BY FOP LODGE #41)

  • Lunch is provided to competitors, workers, and spectators. We ask that you consider purchasing raffle tickets in lieu of payment

2:30 PM - Side match closes

3:00 PM - Main event concludes

3:15 PM - Sponsor acknowledgements, side match awards and prizes along with Raffle winners.

3:30 PM - Main event Award Ceremony and prizes

9:30aM -2:00 PM (open to all law enforcement ONLY)

  • OPEN TO ALL ACTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS (MUST PROVIDE VALID AGENCY ID AND BADGE AT CHECK-IN TABLE).

  • NO PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED. SHOW UP, PAY, AND SHOOT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT.

  • MUST USE PROVIDED WEAPON SYSTEM BY WALTHER ARMS

  • RULES AND GENERAL INFO:

    • The side match is comprised of the steel plate rack (6 steel drop-down plates) and two offset pieces of steal, one before and after the plate rack.  Time begins on the buzzer and ends when the final independent steel target is hit. 

    • Top Prize – Walther PDP Pro and Top Shot Trophy named “I’ll be your Huckleberry”. (Top Time gets Choice of Walther or Gun Safe)  Top 10 fastest times are entered into the prize drawing, each shooter may have 2 entries in the top 20, 3 additional prizes awarded after the Top 15 in main event.  Only approved factory 9mm ammunition may be utilized for this event. 

    • Zelle, Venmo and Cash will be the only method of payment. THERE IS NO ATM ON SITE.

    • There are no limits on amount of attempts.   

    • All shooting will be from a static, un-holstered, low-ready position.

    • All Range and safety rules must be followed at all times.
